Shipping and pickup information

Pickup

If you select pickup, we will message you on WhatsApp once your order is ready at our store.

Orders are usually ready within 48 hours. During busy periods or in the event of an exceptional delay, preparation may take up to 7 business days.

Unpaid orders: are reserved for 7 calendar days. If they are not collected within that time, the order will be canceled and the items will return to stock.

Paid orders: are held for a maximum of 90 calendar days.

Express courier delivery

If you select express courier delivery, we will notify you by WhatsApp or email on the day your order is dispatched.

Courier deliveries are made regularly and, provided there are no delays due to rain or other unforeseen circumstances, they usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days.

If you need to receive your order on a particular day or have any time restrictions, you can leave us a note at checkout or message us after placing your order.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order. If the courier arrives and cannot complete the delivery, a new delivery fee will need to be paid before another visit can be arranged.

Postal shipping

Once dispatched, postal deliveries usually take between 2 and 6 business days to arrive.

If you select home delivery, the postal service makes one delivery attempt. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will remain at the corresponding post office for the period established by the carrier before being returned to the sender.

If you select delivery to a post office branch, the parcel will remain there for 5 business days after arrival. After that period, it will be returned to us.

If a parcel is returned to Caoba, we will contact you once we receive it to arrange either:

a new shipment, paid for by the customer; or
pickup from our Quilmes location.

Orders are usually prepared within 48 hours, although in exceptional cases preparation may take up to 7 business days. Orders are dispatched within that period depending on when the purchase was made and current demand.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times and any issues related to the shipping service depend on the carrier.

Pre-order items

If you purchase a pre-order item, its estimated production and delivery time will be stated in the product description.

Please note that these timeframes may differ from those of an item currently in stock, as the piece is still in production.

Orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items will ship once the complete order is ready, unless we arrange otherwise with you.

International shipping

International orders are shipped exclusively through DHL Express.
